Morvern Callar by Alan Warner.

A peculiar little book.

There are parts that I loved and others not so and I had some little issues bothering me like the concept of femininity of the character, it was a bit cringy (hey! maybe it is just me), the age and the (anti) climatic build up, maybe they add up… or not, sometimes I think one way or another, but overall I enjoyed it quite much.

Loved Morvern's personality and I think it is so true of the book's time (the 90's): empty.
