There are plenty poignant themes that are handled here: war, motivation, life choices and options, corporation culture, conditioning. It makes you wonder a lot and found it terribly scary. I was already scared with the status quo, the blind acceptance that what you hear is true, that the system works, at least while it feeds you a fantasy... who cares! I am fine, I will be fine, right? And we work for bananas all day, we hate and fight the "other" (the one we are told) and we are losing really, rushing through this fantasy.

Dietz is a riveting character in a complex setting cleverly written, it gets you involved and confused and you just want to read more.

Can´t recommend this book highly enough, it is a great read!
