Joanie (Robo hummingbird) does steal the show, loved that sassy bird! Ok, ok. The story is short and nice: Tech girl with bird sidekick meets robo girl and... it works. The setting with limited Ais roaming around and rare frowned upon humanoid unlimited Ais bring to the party the usual, but well managed and always interesting themes about identity and prejudice. In a way it rushes by the timeless question of what makes us human, like… whatever, we are here and it was refreshing, leaning more on the characters´ views regarding change and longing. I did feel that a bit more of buildup would be nice, but everything was balanced and neat.

And then...

Time to bury yourself in a mushy sofa and enjoy a heartwarming story.
